Hurricane-Ready Strength
Florida weather can be unpredictable, and when storm season arrives, your home needs windows that won’t back down. At True Force Roofing, we install hurricane-rated impact windows designed to keep your home safe from high winds, heavy rain, and flying debris.
What Makes Our Impact Windows Storm-Ready?
Impact-Resistant Glass
Our windows feature multi-layered, laminated glass that is engineered to resist shattering even under extreme force. Unlike standard glass, which can break into dangerous shards, our impact windows hold their form, significantly reducing the risk of damage and injury.
Hurricane-Grade Seal Technology
Our windows feature advanced weatherstripping and fusion-welded corners, creating an airtight barrier that prevents water intrusion, drafts, and structural weakening during a storm.
Pressure & Wind Resistance
Tested to meet or exceed hurricane impact standards, our windows can withstand wind speeds of up to 150+ mph, offering peace of mind when severe weather threatens.
Built to Meet Insurance Requirements
Many insurance companies offer discounts on homeowners insurance when impact-rated windows are installed, making this an investment that protects both your home and your wallet.
How Impact Windows Protect Your Home
When a standard window breaks during a storm, it creates an opening that allows high-speed winds to rush inside, increasing internal air pressure and potentially causing catastrophic roof and structural damage.
Impact windows eliminate this risk by preventing breakage and air pressure buildup, keeping your home structurally sound.
Built for Comfort & Performance
Stay Cool in the Heat
Pella Windows are engineered to block heat without compromising your view. Unlike tinted glass, these high-performance windows let in more natural light while rejecting up to 95% of the sun’s harmful UV rays—helping keep your home cooler and protecting furniture from fading.
Warm & Efficient in the Cold
With advanced insulation and dual-glazed glass filled with high-density Argon gas, Pella helps maintain cozy indoor temperatures during colder months. Less heat escapes, reducing energy costs and boosting year-round comfort.
Industry-Leading Glass Performance
-
Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC): Lower values = better heat control
-
U-Factor: Lower values = better insulation
-
UV Protection: Helps reduce fading of interior furnishings
Endur Spacer Technology
Backed by a 20-year factory warranty, the Endur spacer system ensures long-lasting durability and performance. It holds the industry's lowest failure rate and excels in extreme conditions like high heat, UV exposure, and humidity.
Why It Matters:
-
Energy-efficient all year
-
Reduces A/C strain
-
May qualify for tax incentives
-
Crystal-clear views—no dark tint needed
-
Suitable for all climates
Pella Windows deliver top-tier performance, clarity, and comfort—no matter where you live.

Built to Last Seal Systems

Dual-Seal System:
Pella windows often feature a dual-seal insulating glass system, which uses two layers of sealant:
-
Primary Seal: A high-performance sealant (typically polyisobutylene or PIB) that provides an initial moisture barrier and gas retention.
-
Secondary Seal: Usually a silicone or polysulfide layer that adds structural strength and long-term durability.
Endur Spacer Integration:
These seals work in tandem with the Endur Spacer system by Cardinal Glass, which is known for:
-
Stainless steel construction for superior strength and thermal performance
-
Low moisture permeability to reduce fogging or condensation
-
Proven longevity under extreme UV, heat, and humidity conditions
Performance Highlights:
-
Resists seal failure over time—even in harsh environments
-
Maintains argon gas fill for better thermal insulation
-
Helps prevent condensation, mold, and glass fogging
-
Backed by a 20-year factory warranty
Lower Energy Bills &
Superior Comfort
At True Force Roofing, we install high-performance, energy-efficient windows designed to keep your home cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and energy bills as low as possible.
What Makes Our Windows Energy-Efficient?
Multi-Pane Insulated Glass
Our windows feature double- and triple-pane glass filled with argon or krypton gas, which acts as an insulating barrier that reduces heat transfer. This helps maintain a consistent indoor temperature and prevents unwanted heat gain or loss.
Low-E Glass Coating
Each window is coated with a Low-Emissivity (Low-E) layer, which reflects infrared heat and UV rays while still allowing natural light to enter. This means:
- Your home stays cooler in the summer by blocking excess heat.
- Your home stays warmer in the winter by trapping heat inside.
- 99% of harmful UV rays are blocked, preventing fading and damage to furniture, flooring, and décor.
Weather-Tight Seals & Fusion-Welded Construction
Our windows are designed with airtight seals and multi-layered weatherstripping that prevent drafts, air leaks, and moisture intrusion. This helps reduce strain on your HVAC system and improves indoor air quality.
ENERGY STAR® Certified
Our impact windows meet and exceed ENERGY STAR® standards, meaning they are designed for maximum energy savings in hot and cold climates alike. Homes with ENERGY STAR®-rated windows can save up to 30% on heating and cooling costs annually.

Enhanced Durability:
Built to Last a Lifetime
Your windows should do more than just look good—they need to stand the test of time.
At True Force Windows, we provide high-performance, impact-resistant windows that are engineered for unmatched durability, ensuring your home stays protected from extreme weather, everyday wear and tear, and potential security threats.
What Makes Our Windows So Durable?
Steel-Reinforced Frames – Unlike standard windows, our impact windows feature steel-reinforced vinyl or aluminum frames that won’t warp, crack, or deteriorate over time. This reinforcement adds exceptional strength, ensuring your windows remain structurally sound for decades.
Impact-Resistant, Multi-Layered Glass – Our windows use laminated, shatter-resistant glass that can withstand extreme force—including hurricane-force winds, flying debris, and even impacts from a bowling ball. The multi-layered glass prevents breakage, enhancing safety while maintaining a clear and beautiful appearance.
Fusion-Welded Corners for Maximum Strength – Instead of relying on screws or adhesives that can weaken over time, our windows are built using fusion-welded construction, ensuring airtight, leak-proof, and extremely strong frames and sashes.
Weatherproof & Corrosion-Resistant Materials – Our high-performance vinyl and aluminum window frames are engineered to withstand:
- Intense heat and humidity without warping, peeling, or rotting.
- Heavy rain and moisture without rust or corrosion.
- Salt air exposure (ideal for coastal areas) without degradation.
Low-Maintenance Design – Say goodbye to frequent window repairs! Our impact windows are resistant to mold, mildew, termites, and rot, making them a hassle-free, long-term investment.

Do You Need Hurricane-Impact Windows?
Florida is divided into different Wind Zones based on how strong hurricane winds can get in your area. Understanding your Wind Zone is key to knowing what kind of windows you need to protect your home and meet code requirements.
What Are Wind Zones?
Wind Zone 1 (White) 🌀 Winds: 110–119 mph
Not in the Wind-borne Debris Region.
Hurricane-impact windows not required, but still a smart upgrade for energy efficiency and security.
Wind Zone 2 (Yellow) 🌀 Winds: 120–129 mph
This is a Wind-borne Debris Region.
You must have impact-resistant windows or shutters by code.
Pella’s impact-rated windows are approved for this zone.
Wind Zone 3 (Orange) 🌀 Winds: 130–139 mph and within 1 mile of the coast
Coastal, high-risk zone.
Hurricane-impact windows are required.
Choose Pella HurricaneShield® or Pella Defender Series.
Wind Zone 4 (Red) 🌀 Winds above 140 mph
High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ)—includes Miami-Dade and coastal Broward County.
You are in the most extreme zone in Florida.
You must use HVHZ-certified hurricane windows like Pella HurricaneShield®, tested to meet Miami-Dade protocols.
